Your own private room, shared bathroom, shared kitchen.

You will be staying in one of the private room with a shared bathroom in a three story townhouse. The room is on the first floor with a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom and two other guest rooms. The room is on the first floor, but it's quiet at night. Safe and residential neighborhood. The room is spacious with good natural lights. ONLY 2 mins walk to Porter Station which takes you to EVERYWHERE! This room would be great for those who doesn't mind sharing the bathroom and kitchen, but value the neighborhood's safety and all the convenience within walking distance.

Other Details to Note

1) Quiet hours between 10:30pm to 6am 2) No overnight guests without the host's pre-approval. Guest fee may apply 3) We ask guests to clean up the kitchen and bathroom after their personal use to ensure a quality stay for every guest in the house 4) No living room in the house. You can come expecting a no-party/quiet space. 5) Respecting our neighbors is our top priority. Any loud party, excessive drinking, drug is strictly prohibited. 6) No smoking and open fire (candles, etc). Any violation will result in fine ($100-$500) and an immediate eviction. Your kind cooperation ensures a smooth stay for you and everyone in the shared house. Thanks!
