Important Information for Guests: 1) ID Verification: After your booking is confirmed, we will kindly request a copy of your photo ID to verify your identity. 2) Guest Background: Please provide a brief introduction about yourself and the purpose of your stay when making the booking. We appreciate knowing more about your short-term visit. 3) House Rules: Before submitting your booking request, kindly review and agree to the house rules to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for everyone. - Overnight Guest Policy: To maintain a pleasant environment for all in this co-living space, we allow only one overnight guest per tenant per month, with a maximum stay of three nights. All overnight guests require prior approval from the host, and we reserve the right to decline any guest request. Violation of this policy may result in a fine of $100 per violation/night and immediate eviction. - No Smoking, Drugs, or Parties: Smoking, drug use, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited to ensure a peaceful living space for everyone. - Cleanliness: Guests are expected to tidy up the bathroom and kitchen after each personal use to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable for all.
